May 14, 2026"While touring southeast Sicily we stopped in Lentini for what turned out to be a spectacular culinary experience. Chef Bordonaro couldn’t have been more gracious host and treated us as VIP’s. The ambience was warm and welcoming but the meal was fantastic. After a delicious antipasto that included unique local ingredients, the chef treated us to his amazing spaghetti with blood orange and tuna. Definitely worth a special trip."
